Choro Notes: This TM is unobtainable in Black/White. It was meant to be an event-type thing but it never panned out so you just get it here. Snarl is a special Dark-type move that hits opponents and lowers their Sp.Atk by one stage. As the game describes: "The user yells as if it's ranting about something, which lowers the Sp. Atk stat of opposing Pokémon."
